Our lab aims to explore how complex biological systems work, based on their structure. We combine computational methods with experimental data to study how molecules interact and perform their functions in conditions similar to those inside cells. We use multiscale models to understand the formation and function of molecular assemblies, folding of peptides and polymers, adsorption & translocation of biomolecules on surfaces and interfaces, and designing new molecules.
